Spring Bank Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBPH) 16.4% HIGHER; Spring Bank and F-star Therapeutics, Limited (F-star), a privately-held clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on transforming the lives of patients with cancer through the development of innovative tetravalent bispecific (mAb2) antibodies, today announced that the companies have entered into a definitive share exchange agreement pursuant to which Spring Bank will, subject to stockholder approval, acquire all of the outstanding share capital of F-star in exchange for newly issued shares of Spring Bank in an all-stock transaction. Apache Corporation (Nasdaq: APA) 13.9% HIGHER; Apache and Total S.A. (NYSE: TOT) today announced a major oil discovery at the Kwaskwasi-1 well drilled offshore Suriname in Block 58. The well was drilled using the Noble Sam Croft with Apache as operator holding a 50% working interest and Total holding a 50% working interest.

Salarius Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
