(Nasdaq: TCDA) 35% LOWER; announced today that on July 14, 2020, the Company received a notification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) stating that, as part of its ongoing review of the Company’s New Drug Application (NDA), the FDA has identified deficiencies that preclude discussion of labeling and postmarketing requirements/commitments at this time. The FDA stated that the notification does not reflect a final decision on the information under review.

RTI Surgical Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RTIX) 11.8% HIGHER; announced that following the Company's annual stockholder meeting, which included an annual meeting of the stockholders, the Company has received all of the necessary approvals for the sale of the OEM business. The Company expects the transaction to close on Monday, July 20, 2020.

Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) 6.4% HIGHER; is exploring a potential spin-off of its 81% equity ownership interest in VMware (NYSE: VMW). Although this exploration is in an early stage, Dell Technologies believes a spin-off could benefit both Dell Technologies and VMware shareholders, team members, customers and partners by simplifying capital structures and creating additional long-term enterprise value. Any potential spin-off would not occur prior to September 2021 and would be intended to qualify as tax-free for U.S. federal income tax purposes.

Alcoa (NYSE: AA) 6.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.02), $0.43 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.45). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.11 billion.

Cytokinetics, Incorporated (NASDAQ: CYTK) 5% LOWER; announced plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $150,000,000 of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering. Cytokinetics expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock sold in connection with the offering. All of the shares of common stock in the offering will be sold by Cytokinetics.

In connection with the offering, Atreca expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its Class A Common Stock. All of the Shares will be offered by Atreca.

Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPCE) 4.6% HIGHER; announced the appointments of Michael Colglazier as Virgin Galactics new Chief Executive Officer and George Whitesides as Chief Space Officer, effective July 20, 2020.

Sleep Number Corporation (NASDAQ: SNBR) 3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.45), $0.35 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.80). Revenue for the quarter came in at $285 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.36 million.
