Francescas Holdings (Nasdaq: FRAN) 112% HIGHER; the company and Poq today announced its partnership to develop francescas® first mobile application.

Venus Concept (NASDAQ: VERO) 56.2% HIGHER; today announced that it has received FDA 510(k) clearance to market and sell Venus Viva MD. Venus Viva MD is a non-invasive device intended to be used by aesthetic-related physicians or dermatologists. It expands the Companys skin rejuvenation offerings beyond the Venus Viva and Venus Versa which were introduced to the medical aesthetics market in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Document Security Systems, Inc. (NYSE: DSS) 20.6% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,028,800 shares of its common stock at a price of $6.25 per share, for gross proceeds to the Company of $6.43 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. The Company intends to use the proceeds to fund growth of their new business lines, acquisition opportunities, and general corporate and working capital.

Culp, Inc. (NYSE: CULP) 19.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($2.26), versus ($0.12) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $47.4 million, versus $67 million reported last year.

Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp. (NYSE: ZOM) 18% LOWER; commenced a public offering of its common shares, together with warrants to purchase its common shares. All of the common shares and warrants in the offering will be sold by Zomedica.

NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) 17.5% HIGHER; provided its June and second quarter 2020 delivery results. NIO delivered 3,740 vehicles in June 2020, representing a strong 179.1% growth year-over-year. The deliveries consisted of 2,476 ES6s, the Company’s 5-seater high-performance premium smart electric SUV, and 1,264 ES8s, the Company’s 7-seater high-performance premium smart electric SUV, and its 6-seater variant. NIO delivered 10,331 vehicles in the second quarter of 2020, representing an increase of 190.8% year-over-year and an increase of 169.2% quarter-over-quarter. As of June 30, 2020, cumulative deliveries of the ES8 and the ES6 reached 46,082 vehicles, of which 14,169 were delivered in 2020.

Avis Budget Group (NASDAQ: CAR) 11.6% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley upgraded from Equalweight to Overweight for the first time since he has covered the company. The price target goes to $37.00 (from $25.00) on the improved used car market, where he now models prices dropping only -5% in 2020, from -10% previously.

Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: NUS) 10.4% HIGHER; reported it estimates revenue for the second quarter of 2020 to be approximately $603 to $608 million. The company previously forecasted second-quarter revenue of $520 to $550 million. The company will report its second-quarter results including earnings per share and provide a revised outlook for the full-year 2020 on Aug. 5. (Consensus sees Q2 revenue of $540.9 million).

Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK) 9.7% HIGHER; DA Davidson raised the price target on to a 'Street High' $66.00 (from $33.00) while maintaining a Buy rating. The target increase following a stress test of the firm's sum-of-the-parts valuation.

Tesla (Nasdaq: TSLA) 9.2% HIGHER; In the second quarter, the company produced over 82,000 vehicles and delivered approximately 90,650 vehicles (***versus ~83,000 expected by analysts.). Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives raised the price target on to $1,250.00 (from $1,000.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating. The firm's Bull Case was raised to $2,000.

BioLife Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLFS) 9% LOWER; announced it intends to offer shares of its common stock for sale in an underwritten public offering.

FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) 5.7% HIGHER; today provided an updated revenue range for its fiscal second quarter of 2020, ended June 27, 2020. FormFactor now expects second quarter revenue to be between $157 million and $161 million. (*Consensus sees Q2 revenue of $145 million).

Neoleukin Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: NLTX) 5.9% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, up to 5.0 million shares of its common stock and, in lieu of common stock, to offer and sell to certain investors pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

National Beverage (NASDAQ: FIZZ) 5.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.77, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $262.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.27 million.

Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXNX) 2% HIGHER; received U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approval under a premarket approval supplement for 3T full-body magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) conditional labeling for the Axonics r-SNM System®.

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) 1.6% HIGHER; has been awarded a new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to provide software development services and related specialized equipment. This single award BPA has a total estimated value of $960 million. It includes a one-year base period of performance followed by four one-year option periods. Work will primarily be performed in the Washington D.C. capital region.
