The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted Breakthrough Therapy designation to rilonacept for the treatment of recurrent pericarditis in 2019, and Kiniksa expects to submit a Supplemental Biologics License Application (sBLA) later this year.

Altimmune, Inc.
