Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSII) today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,676,471 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $34.00 per share. Gross proceeds to CSI from the offering are expected to be approximately $125.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. In connection with the offering, CSI has granted to the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 551,470 shares of common stock at the same price to the public. The offering is expected to close on June 12, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

CSI intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include, but not be limited to, expansion of marketing programs, international expansion, new product development, clinical studies and publications, investments, acquisitions, or general working capital needs.

Barclays and SVB Leerink are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities and Stifel are acting as co-managers.
