Elastic N.V. (ESTC) Tops Q4 EPS by 19c, Revenues Beat; Offers 1Q & FY21 EPS Guidance Below Consensus, Offers FY21 Revenue Guidance Above Consensus

Elastic N.V. (NYSE: ESTC) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.12), $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.31). Revenue for the quarter came in at $123.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $116.95 million.

Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2020 Financial Highlights

GUIDANCE:

Elastic N.V. sees Q1 2021 EPS of ($0.19)-($0.17), versus the consensus of ($0.38). Elastic N.V. sees Q1 2021 revenue of $119-122 million, versus the consensus of $120.63 million.

Elastic N.V. sees FY2021 EPS of ($0.98)-($0.85), versus the consensus of ($1.13). Elastic N.V. sees FY2021 revenue of $530-540 million, versus the consensus of $420.62 million.
