Arcus Biosciences (RCUS) Prices 11M Share Common Offering at $27.50/Sh
Arcus Biosciences, Inc. (NYSE: RCUS) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $27.50 per share. Gross proceeds to Arcus Biosciences from the offering are expected to be $302.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Arcus Biosciences. In addition, Arcus Biosciences has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,650,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on June 2, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
Citigroup, SVB Leerink and Evercore ISI are acting as joint book running managers for the offering. Mizuho Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are acting as lead managers and BTIG is acting as co-manager for the offering.
