Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) 19.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.3 million. Zscaler sees Q4 2020 EPS of $0.02-$0.03, versus the consensus of $0.01. Zscaler sees Q4 2020 revenue of $117-119 million, versus the consensus of $114.3 million. Separately, the company announced that it acquired Edgewise Networks.

VMware (NYSE: VMW) 9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.52, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.73 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.65 billion.

PagSeguro Digital Ltd. (NYSE: PAGS) 8.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of R$1.11, versus R$1.01 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at R$1.59 billion, versus R$1.25 billion reported last year.

Williams-Sonoma (NYSE: WSM) 8.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.74, $0.89 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.02 billion.

Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRNS) 8.2% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares to be sold in the offering will be offered by Marinus. The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. In addition, Marinus intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the number of shares offered in the public offering.

Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) 7.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.34, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $20.83 billion.

Glu Mobile (NASDAQ: GLUU) 6.6% HIGHER; Raises Q2 Booking Guidance

Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) 5.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.18, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $694 million versus the consensus estimate of $678.7 million. Marvell Technology sees Q2 2021 EPS of $0.17-$0.23, versus the consensus of $0.16. Marvell Technology sees Q2 2021 revenue of $720 million, versus the consensus of $688.7 million.

Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: KPTI) 5% HIGHER; reported detailed results from the pivotal, Phase 3 BOSTON study to be presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2020 Virtual Scientific Program on May 29, 2020. The BOSTON study evaluated once-weekly XPOVIO® (selinexor) in combination with once-weekly Velcade® (bortezomib) and low-dose dexamethasone (40mg weekly) (SVd) compared to standard twice-weekly Velcade plus low-dose dexamethasone (80mg weekly) (Vd) in patients with multiple myeloma who have received one to three prior lines of therapy. As previously reported, the BOSTON study met its primary endpoint with a significant increase in median progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with multiple myeloma following one to three prior lines of therapy.

National Fuel Gas Company (NYSE: NFG) 4.7% LOWER; announced that the Company has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3.25 million shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Common Stock”). The Company is conducting the offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933. The Company expects to grant the respective underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 shares of Common Stock.

Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) 4.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.70, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.87 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.85 billion. Salesforce sees Q2 2021 EPS of $0.66-$0.67, versus the consensus of $0.75. Salesforce sees Q2 2021 revenue of $4.89-4.9 billion, versus the consensus of $5.05 billion. Salesforce sees FY2021 EPS of $2.93-$2.95, versus the consensus of $3.10. Salesforce sees FY2021 revenue of $20 billion, versus the consensus of $20.77 billion. Okta, Inc. (NASDAQ: OKTA) 2.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.07), $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $182.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.35 million. Reaffirms revenue outlook and improves operating profit outlook for fiscal 2021.

Appian Corporation (Nasdaq: APPN) 2.2% LOWER; announced the launch of a proposed underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock, of which 1,931,206 shares of Class A common stock are being offered by Appian and 568,794 shares of Class A common stock are being offered by existing stockholders of Appian. Appian will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares of Class A common stock by the selling stockholders.
