Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NYSE: ACB) 28.6% HIGHER; entered into an agreement pursuant to which Aurora will acquire all of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Reliva. Under the terms of the agreement, members of Reliva will receive approximately US$40 million of Aurora common shares. The transaction also includes a potential earn-out of up to a maximum of US$45 million payable in Aurora shares, cash or a combination thereof, over the next two years contingent upon Reliva achieving certain financial targets.

scPharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: SCPH) 12.4% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.

Galapagos NV (NASDAQ: GLPG) 10.5% LOWER; Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) and Galapagos NV (Euronext: GLPG) today announced positive topline results from SELECTION, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase 2b/3 trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of the investigational, oral, once-daily, selective JAK1 inhibitor filgotinib in 1,348 biologic-naïve or biologic-experienced adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC). Filgotinib 200 mg achieved all primary endpoints in the study, inducing clinical remission at Week 10 and maintaining clinical remission at Week 58 in a significantly higher proportion of patients compared with placebo. Filgotinib 100 mg did not achieve statistically significant clinical remission at Week 10.

Shoe Carnival (NASDAQ: SCVL) 6.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($1.16), $0.69 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.47). Revenue for the quarter came in at $147.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $164.63 million.

Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLXN) 6% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $75,000,000 of shares of its common stock. Flexion also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering. All of the shares in the offering will be sold by Flexion. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUTH) 5.2% LOWER; announced that Jefferies LLC has agreed to purchase $43,500,000 of the Company’s common stock, to be reoffered by Jefferies at variable prices. In addition, the Company has granted Jefferies an option, exercisable for up to 30 days, to purchase up to an aggregate of an additional $6,525,000 of Shares.

Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ: TTWO) 4.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.07, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $760.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $582.22 million. Take-Two Interactive Software sees Q1 2021 EPS of $0.90-$1.00, versus the consensus of $0.50. Take-Two Interactive Software sees Q1 2021 revenue of $775-825 million, versus the consensus of $476.61 million.

Expedia (NASDAQ: EXPE) 4.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($1.83), $0.79 worse than the analyst estimate of ($1.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.29 billion.

Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) 3.9% LOWER; announced that it has commenced concurrent offerings of $750.0 million of shares of its common stock and $750.0 million of shares of its Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, subject to market and other conditions. Boston Scientific expects to grant the underwriters separate 30-day options to purchase up to an additional $112.5 million of shares of Common Stock and up to an additional $112.5 million of shares of Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock.

Tutor Perini (NYSE: TPC) 3% HIGHER; sees insider buying: Director, Michael Klein, bought 150,000 shares on 05/18 at $7.76 CFO, Gary Smalley, bought 31,750 shares on 05/18 at $7.85.

Boot Barn Holdings (NYSE: BOOT) 2.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $188.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $198.36 million.

Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) 1.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.22, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.98.
