Ventas (VTR) Tops Q1 EPS by 98c
Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q1 EPS of $1.26, $0.98 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $967.7 million.
