Pinterest (NYSE: PINS) 17% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.10), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $272 million versus the consensus estimate of $270.08 million. Given the uncertainties related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the rapidly shifting macroeconomic conditions, we are not providing guidance expectations for revenue or Adjusted EBITDA for 2020. Cars.com Inc. (NYSE: CARS) 15% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.32, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $148.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $144.27 million.

LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) 11% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.41), $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.21). Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.09 million. LivePerson sees Q2 2020 revenue of $83-85 million, versus the consensus of $81.6 million. LivePerson sees FY2020 revenue of $340-355 million, versus prior of $350-$355 million and the consensus of $343.29 million.

Vapotherm (NYSE: VAPO) 12.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.66), $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.56). Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $18.9 million. Revenue for the first quarter of 2020 was $19.1 million, representing a 55.4% increase over the prior year period.

Clearwater Paper (NYSE: CLW) 10% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.57, $0.58 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $478 million versus the consensus estimate of $443.84 million.

Delphi Technologies PLC (NYSE: DLPH) 9.4% HIGHER; BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) and Delphi Technologies PLC (NYSE: DLPH) today announced that the companies have amended certain terms of the definitive transaction agreement they originally entered into on January 28, 2020 under which BorgWarner will acquire Delphi Technologies in an all-stock transaction. The amendment represents a resolution to BorgWarner's previously stated assertion that Delphi Technologies materially breached the definitive transaction agreement by drawing down on its full $500 million revolving credit facility, which Delphi Technologies disputed on the basis that BorgWarner unreasonably withheld and conditioned its consent.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: JAZZ) 6.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, $0.22 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $534.73 million versus the consensus estimate of $544.55 million. Jazz Pharmaceuticals sees FY2020 revenue of $2.12-2.26 billion, versus the consensus of $2.3 billion.

Chemours (NYSE: CC) 6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.71, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.33 billion. Withdraws guidance.
