However, the Company is unable to predict the extent to which the global COVID-19 pandemic may impact its business operations, financial performance, and the results of operations for the next quarter. Therefore, Avnet will not be issuing guidance for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020 ending on June 27, 2020.
