Civista Bancshares (NASDAQ: CIVB) reported Q1 EPS of $0.47, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges that we, as well as other banks, could not have anticipated. Our organization has risen to the challenge and are working with our customers to assist through these unprecedented times. We have waived overdraft fees, accommodated requests for loan payment deferrals and are participating in the SBA's Paycheck Protection Program.
