Arcus Biosciences (NYSE: RCUS) 47.5% HIGHER; Gilead (NASDAQ: GILD) is considering acquiring a stake in Arcus Biosciences (NYSE: RCUS), according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.

Diamond Offshore Drilling (NYSE: DO) 37.5% LOWER; elected not to make the semiannual interest payment due in respect of its 5.70% Senior Notes

The Lovesac Company (NASDAQ: LOVE) 24.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $90.64 million.

Antero Midstream (NYSE: AM) 16.8% HIGHER; said first quarter 2020 dividend is unchanged as compared to the fourth quarter of 2019.

Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD) 15% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.37), $0.22 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.73 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.59 billion.

All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Calithera. Citigroup is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. In connection with this offering, Calithera expects to grant Citigroup a 30-day option to purchase an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering.

Dynavax Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: DVAX) 8.1% HIGHER; Dynavax Technologies and Sinovac Biotech Ltd. (NASDAQ: SVA) announced that they have entered into a collaboration to develop a vaccine to prevent COVID-19. The collaboration will evaluate the combination of Sinovac’s chemically inactivated coronavirus vaccine candidate, with Dynavax’s advanced adjuvant, CpG 1018 .
