Allscripts (MDRX) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c, Offers Q1 and FY Guidance

Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $451.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $457.19 million.

Allscripts also announced that Rick Poulton has been named President and Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective March 3, 2020. Mr. Poulton will be replacing Dennis Olis, who will be leaving the company. Mr. Poulton previously served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from October 2012 through March 2016.

GUIDANCE:

Allscripts sees FY2020 revenue of $1.75-1.85 billion, versus the consensus of $1.84 billion.

Allscripts sees Q1 2020 revenue of $420-430 million, versus the consensus of $450.8 million.
