ACI Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIW) reported Q4 EPS of $0.47, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $399.92 million versus the consensus estimate of $413.2 million.

The Speedpay acquisition brought us a leadership position in electronic bill payment and contributed to materially improved profitability in our On Demand segment.
