EPR Properties (EPR) Misses Q4 EPS by 16c
EPR Properties (NYSE: EPR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $170.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $157.8 million.
