Sun Communities (SUI) Tops Q4 EPS by 6c, Revenues Beat; Offers Q1 & FY20 EPS Guidance Below Consensus
Sun Communities (NYSE: SUI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $301.82 million versus the consensus estimate of $239.42 million.

In recognition of an outstanding year and a solid future, the Board of Directors for the fourth consecutive year approved an increase in our quarterly dividend.
