Welltower (WELL) Tops Q4 EPS by 25c

Welltower (NYSE: WELL) reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.26 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.26 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Welltower sees FY2020 EPS of $2.96-$3.06, versus the consensus of $1.48.

Outlook for 2020 We are introducing our 2020 earnings guidance and expect to report net income attributable to common stockholders in a range of $2.96 to $3.06 per diluted share and normalized FFO attributable to common stockholders in a range of $4.20 to $4.30 per diluted share.
