Perion Network (NASDAQ: PERI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.32, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.2 million.

Outlook

Management expects to generate Adjusted EBITDA of $38 million to $40 million for full year of 2020, including Content IQ.

Gerstel concluded, “We expect 2020 to be a year of growth as we integrate the Content IQ acquisition and work to drive organic growth efforts. We remain focused on managing our business to maximize earnings and while we expect to increase R&D investments year-over-year, and prudently build out our sales team to support the launch of new products.
