CyberArk Software (CYBR) Tops Q4 EPS by 16c, Revenues Beat; Offers Q1 EPS/Revenue Guidance Below Est., FY20 EPS Views Below Est., FY20 Revenue Outlook Above Est.

CyberArk Software (NASDAQ: CYBR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.97, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $129.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $126.37 million.

Financial Highlights for the Fourth Quarter Ended December 31, 2019

CyberArk Software sees Q1 2020 EPS of $0.35-$0.41, versus the consensus of $0.56. CyberArk Software sees Q1 2020 revenue of $106-110 million, versus the consensus of $113.66 million.

CyberArk Software sees FY2020 EPS of $2.26-$2.38, versus the consensus of $2.79. CyberArk Software sees FY2020 revenue of $511-519 million, versus the consensus of $510.36 million.
