Navistar (NYSE: NAV) 50.1% HIGHER; TRATON SE, a unit of VW, has submitted to the Board of Directors of the US American truck manufacturer Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV), in which TRATON already holds a share of 16.8%, the proposal to acquire all outstanding shares in Navistar not already owned by TRATON at a price of approx. USD 2.9 bn (USD 35 per Navistar share), in cash. If the proposal is accepted, TRATON will become the sole owner of Navistar. The proposal is in particular subject to TRATON and Navistar agreeing on a merger agreement, the conduct of satisfactory due diligence and the approval of the merger agreement by the boards of TRATON and Volkswagen AG as well as the Board of Directors and the shareholders' meeting of Navistar.

WWE (NYSE: WWE) 23% LOWER; announced that Co-Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson will depart the company, effective immediately, and will no longer serve on its Board of Directors.

Kezar Life Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: KZR) 12.6% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock and, to certain investors in lieu thereof, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock, in an underwritten public offering. All of the securities in the offering will be sold by Kezar. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.

Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) 10.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $6.47, $2.44 better than the analyst estimate of $4.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $87.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $86.02 billion. Amazon sees Q1 2020 revenue of $69-73 billion, versus the consensus of $71.64 billion.

National Instruments (NASDAQ: NATI) 10% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.56, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $367 million versus the consensus estimate of $357.97 million. National Instruments sees Q1 2020 EPS of $0.24-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.15. National Instruments sees Q1 2020 revenue of $308-338 million, versus the consensus of $312.75 million.

Flex Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLEX) 8.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.38, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.19 billion. Flex Ltd. sees Q4 2020 EPS of $0.30-$0.34, versus the consensus of $0.32. Flex Ltd. sees Q4 2020 revenue of $5.8-6.2 billion, versus the consensus of $5.92 billion.

Western Digital (NASDAQ: WDC) 6.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.62, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.22 billion. Western Digital sees Q3 2020 revenue of $4.1-4.3 billion, versus the consensus of $4.06 billion. Sees EPS of $0.85-$1.05 versus the consensus of $0.73.

Vertex Pharma (NASDAQ: VRTX) 5.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.70, $0.50 better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.26 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.01 billion. Vertex Pharma sees FY2020 revenue of $5.1-5.3 billion, versus the consensus of $4.87 billion.

IBM (NYSE: IBM) 4.9% HIGHER; The Board of Directors has elected Arvind Krishna as Chief Executive Officer of the company and a member of the Board of Directors, effective April 6, 2020. Krishna is currently IBM Senior Vice President for Cloud and Cognitive Software, and was a principal architect of the company's acquisition of Red Hat. James Whitehurst, IBM Senior Vice President and CEO of Red Hat, was also elected by the Board as IBM President, effective April 6, 2020. Virginia Rometty, IBM Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will continue as Executive Chairman of the Board and serve through the end of the year, when she will retire after almost 40 years with the company.

Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW) 3.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.46, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.14 billion. Edwards Lifesciences sees FY2020 EPS of $6.15-$6.40, versus the consensus of $6.16. Edwards Lifesciences sees FY2020 revenue of $4.6-5 billion, versus the consensus of $4.78 billion.

Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA) 2.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.52, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $2.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $0 versus the consensus estimate of $1.97 billion. Electronic Arts sees FY2020 EPS of $4.65, versus the consensus of $4.71. Electronic Arts sees FY2020 revenue of $5.15 billion, versus the consensus of $5.21 billion.

Visa (NYSE: V) 2.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.46, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.08 billion.

Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) 2.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $3.64, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $3.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.06 billion. Amgen sees FY2020 EPS of $14.85-$15.60, versus the consensus of $16.14. Amgen sees FY2020 revenue of $25-25.6 billion, versus the consensus of $25.5 billion.
