Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.
This is an amendment to Item 5.02 of the Form 8-K that was filed by McDonald’s Corporation (the “Company”) on December 10, 2019, which reported that on December 6, 2019 the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) elected Catherine M. Engelbert as a Director of the Company. On January 23, 2020, the Board appointed Ms. Engelbert to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board, effective as of March 1, 2020.
