Tilly's, Inc. (NYSE: TLYS) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share.

The dividend will be payable on February 26, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.4 percent.

“We are pleased that our operating results and cash generation have allowed us to provide a direct return to our stockholders via a special dividend for the fourth consecutive year,” commented Edmond Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer.
