United Airlines ALPA Master Executive Council Reelects Capt. Todd Insler as Chairman

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Capt. Todd Insler, a 25-year veteran Boeing 757/767 pilot at United Airlines, was reelected by acclamation for a historic third consecutive term as chairman of the United Master Executive Council (MEC) of the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA) on Tuesday, January 14. Capt. Insler will also retain his seat on the board of directors of United’s parent company, United Airlines Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: UAL).

Tom Murphy, a Boeing 757/767 captain, was reelected MEC vice chairman; Bill Neveu, an Airbus 320 captain, was reelected secretary; and Rick Cameron, a Boeing 757/767 captain, was reelected treasurer.

The MEC officers will serve this two-year term from March 1, 2020, to February 28, 2022.

Founded in 1931, ALPA is the largest airline pilot union in the world and represents over 63,000 pilots at 35 U.S. and Canadian airlines.
