Applied Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: APLT) 22.3% HIGHER; announced positive topline results from the Pivotal Phase 2 portion of the ACTION-Galactosemia study of AT-007, a central nervous system (CNS) penetrant Aldose Reductase inhibitor, in adult Galactosemia patients. ACTION-Galactosemia is a double-blind placebo-controlled trial evaluating safety and pharmacokinetics of AT-007 in healthy volunteers, as well as safety, pharmacokinetics, and biomarker effects in adult Galactosemia patients over 28 days of once daily oral dosing. The key biomarker outcome of the study was reduction in galactitol, an aberrant toxic metabolite of galactose, formed by Aldose Reductase in Galactosemia patients.

EXFO, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXFO) 18.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.00, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $73.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $72.96 million. EXFO, Inc. sees Q2 2020 EPS of ($0.09)-($0.05), versus the consensus of $0.07. EXFO, Inc. sees Q2 2020 revenue of $66-71 million, versus the consensus of $75.25 million.

Livent Corporation (NYSE: LTHM) 16.6% LOWER; has revised its fourth quarter and full-year 2019 financial guidance. The company now expects full-year 2019 revenue in the range of $385 million to $390 million, with Adjusted EBITDA of $98 million to $101 million and adjusted earnings per share of 40 cents to 42 cents. For the fourth quarter 2019, revenue in the range of $75 million to $80 million is expected, with Adjusted EBITDA of $14 million to $17 million and adjusted earnings per share of 4 cents to 6 cents. (Consensus sees Q4 EPS of 9 cents on revenue of $91.24 million).

Verastem, Inc. (Nasdaq: VSTM) 11.9% HIGHER; announced a global licensing agreement with Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., (Chugai) whereby Verastem Oncology is obtaining worldwide development and commercialization rights to the RAF/MEK inhibitor CH5126766 (CKI27) from Chugai currently under development for the treatment of KRAS mutant solid tumors. The Company will host an investor call to discuss the opportunity and a development update today (details below).

RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ: RADA) 9.2% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell its ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. RADA also expects to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of its ordinary shares to cover overallotments, if any. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

vTv Therapeutics (NASDAQ: VTVT) 7.3% HIGHER; large holder Ronald Perelman bought 1,250,000 shares on 01/07 at $1.60

A10 Networks (NYSE: ATEN) 5.5% HIGHER; expects to report revenue results for the fourth quarter of 2019 between $59 million and $60 million, above the previous guidance range of $55 million to $59 million. The Company has not yet completed the close of the fourth quarter nor commenced the audit of its 2019 financial results, and thus the foregoing numbers may be subject to adjustment.

Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA) 5.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.37, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $34.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $34.59 billion. Company maintained its guidance of roughly flat growth in fiscal 2020 adjusted EPS on a constant currency basis; On track to deliver in excess of $1.8 billion in annual cost savings by fiscal 2022.

SeaSpine Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SPNE) 4.5% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by SeaSpine.

PNM Resources (NYSE: PNM) 4.4% LOWER; announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 4,900,000 shares of its common stock.

Macy’s, Inc. (NYSE: M) 4.1% HIGHER; Announced comparable sales results for the months of November and December 2019.(owned) (0.7)%; (owned plus licensed) (0.6)%

Palomar Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLMR) 3.6% LOWER; announced the underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), which consists of 750,000 shares of Common Stock offered by the Company and 4,250,000 shares of Common Stock offered by certain selling stockholders, including affiliates of Genstar Capital (the “Genstar Affiliates”). In addition, the Genstar Affiliates intend to grant the underwriters of the offering an option, exercisable within 30 days from the date of the final prospectus relating to the offering, to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of Common Stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds that it will receive from the offering for general corporate purposes, including to fund future growth. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders.

Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. (Nasdaq: COLL) 3.5% HIGHER; Xtampza ER revenues are expected in the range of $150.0 million to $160.0 million; Nucynta franchise revenues are expected in the range of $170.0 million to $180.0 million; Total operating expenses are expected in the range of $130.0 million to $140.0 million.

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) 3.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.13, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $1.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.63 billion.

Maxar Technologies Ltd (NYSE: MAXR) 3.2% HIGHER; JPMorgan raised the price target on to $25.00 (from $15.00)

Luckin Coffee Inc. (NASDAQ: LK) 3.2% LOWER; announced the commencement of the offering of 7.2 million American depositary shares (the “ADSs”), each representing eight Class A ordinary shares of the Company (the “Primary ADS Offering”). In addition, a selling shareholder is offering 4.8 million ADSs of the Company (the “Secondary ADS Offering” and, together with the Primary ADS Offering, the “ADS Offering”). Luckin Coffee will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ADSs by the selling shareholder. The Company and the selling shareholder intend to grant the underwriters of the ADS Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.8 million ADSs in aggregate.

CIENA (NYSE: CIEN) 3% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley upgraded from Equalweight to Overweight with a price target of $50.00 (from $47.00).

Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: CPIX) 2.4% HIGHER; announced the launch of Caldolor® (ibuprofen) Injection in a ready-to-use bag that may be administered without dilution for pain relief. This launch follows FDA approval in 2019 of the product's new delivery method.

Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.14, $0.31 better than the analyst estimate of $1.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.95 billion. Constellation Brands sees FY2020 EPS of $9.45-$9.55, may not compare versus the consensus of $8.51.

New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: NYMT) 2% LOWER; announced today that it plans to make a public offering of 30,000,000 shares of its common stock. NYMT also expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares of common stock. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank will serve as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
