Intra-Cellular Therapies (NASDAQ: ITCI) gains 100%; today announced that CAPLYTA® (lumateperone) has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults. The Company expects to initiate the commercial launch of CAPLYTA in late Q1 2020.

Cincinnati Bell (NYSE: CBB) gains 31%; today announced an agreement through which Brookfield Infrastructure and its institutional partners will acquire Cincinnati Bell in a transaction valued at approximately $2.6 billion, including debt (the “Transaction”).

Seadrill Ltd. (NYSE: SDRL) gains 29%; as secured a multiple well contract with Vår Energy AS for the West Phoenix for work on the Balder re-development project in Norway.

Progenics Pharma (NASDAQ: PGNX) climbs 9%; today announced positive top line results from the Phase 3 CONDOR trial evaluating the diagnostic performance and clinical impact of PyL™ (18F-DCFPyL) in men with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer. PyL is the Company’s PSMA-targeted small molecule positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent designed to visualize prostate cancer.

Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SRPT) up 8%; announced that Sarepta and Roche have entered into a licensing agreement providing Roche exclusive commercial rights to SRP-9001 (AAVrh74.MHCK7.micro-dystrophin), Sarepta’s investigational gene therapy for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), outside the United States. Under the agreement, Sarepta will receive $1.15 billion in an upfront payment and an equity investment; up to $1.7 billion in regulatory and sales milestones; and royalties on net sales, anticipated to be in the mid-teens. In addition, Roche and Sarepta will equally share global development expenses. Sarepta retains all rights to SRP-9001 in the United States.

Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) gains 7%; Apache Corporation and Total S.A. (NYSE: TOT) today announced a joint venture agreement to explore and develop Block 58 offshore Suriname.

Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: DEAC) gains 4%; DraftKings Inc. (“DraftKings”), a digital sports entertainment and gaming company known for its industry-leading daily fantasy sports and mobile sports betting platforms, has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, and SBTech, an international turnkey provider of cutting-edge sports betting and gaming technologies.
