Molecular Templates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTEM) 3.2% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock and newly designated Series A convertible preferred stock. Molecular also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering on the same terms and conditions. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Molecular.

L Brands (NYSE: LB) 3.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.02, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.68 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.69 billion. L Brands sees Q4 2019 EPS of $2.00, versus the consensus of $1.98. The company stated that it expects 2019 fourth quarter earnings per share to be about $2.00, which would result in full-year adjusted earnings per share of about $2.40, compared to its previous full-year guidance range of $2.30 to $2.60.

Jack in the Box (NASDAQ: JACK) 2.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.95, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $221.24 million versus the consensus estimate of $222.82 million.

PayPal Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PYPL) 2% LOWER; Announced that it has agreed to acquire Honey Science Corporation, a rapidly-growing technology platform for shopping and rewards, for approximately $4 billion. Honey, in combination with PayPal's two-sided network, will transform the shopping experience for PayPal's consumers while increasing sales and customer engagement for its merchants.

Karuna Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: KRTX) 1.9% HIGHER; Wedbush raised the price target on to $134.00 (from $38.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

Sonos (NASDAQ: SONO) 1.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.28), $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter came in at $294.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $289.05 million.

Uber (NYSE: UBER) 1.6% HIGHER; CEO Dara Khosrowshahi bought 250,000 shares on 11/18 at $26.75, bringing his stake to 1,530,939 shares.
