These results support a New Drug Application (NDA) submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the second quarter of 2020 and future regulatory submissions in Europe and Japan.

Medicines Co. (NASDAQ: MDCO) 27% HIGHER; attracted takeover interest from suitors including Novartis (NYSE: NVS), according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.

Intelsat S. A. (NYSE: I) 14.2% LOWER; continues lower after FCC head sided with lawmakers in backing a public auction of radio spectrum rather than a private auction.

Kohl's (NYSE: KSS) 13.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.74, $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.4 billion. Comparable sales increase 0.4% Kohl's sees FY2019 EPS of $4.75-$4.95, versus the consensus of $5.19.

Viking Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VKTX) 7.3% HIGHER; announced the initiation of a Phase 2b clinical trial of VK2809, its novel liver-selective thyroid hormone receptor beta agonist, in patients with biopsy-confirmed non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Clinical trial sites are open for patient enrollment following clearance of the company's Investigational New Drug (IND) application by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHT) 5.6% LOWER; announced today that BW Group Limited has commenced a registered underwritten public offering of up to 14,680,880 shares of DHT common stock. DHT will not offer any shares in or receive any proceeds from the offering. The total number of shares outstanding will not change as a result of this offering.

Woodward (NASDAQ: WWD) 4.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.22, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $737 million versus the consensus estimate of $745.47 million. Woodward sees FY2020 EPS of $5.30-$5.60, versus the consensus of $5.51. Woodward sees FY2020 revenue of $3-3.1 billion, versus the consensus of $3.09 billion.

Ashland (NYSE: ASH) 4.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.77, $0.18 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.95. Revenue for the quarter came in at $609 million versus the consensus estimate of $633.63 million.

Karuna Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: KRTX) 4.2% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,600,000 shares of its common stock.

Home Depot (NYSE: HD) 3.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.53, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $2.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $27.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $27.53 billion. The Company updated its guidance for fiscal 2019, a 52-week year compared to fiscal 2018, a 53-week year. The Company expects its fiscal 2019 sales to grow by approximately 1.8 percent and comp sales for the comparable 52-week period to increase approximately 3.5 percent. This compares to the Company\'s prior fiscal 2019 sales growth guidance of 2.3 percent and comp sales growth of 4.0 percent. The Company reaffirmed its diluted earnings-per-share guidance for the year and expects diluted earnings-per-share growth of approximately 3.1 percent from fiscal 2018 to $10.03.

ServiceNow Inc. (NYSE: NOW) 3.6% HIGHER; will replace Celgene in the S&P 500 prior to the open of trading on Thursday, November 21. Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE: BMY) is acquiring Celgene in a deal expected to be completed soon pending final conditions.

Performance Food Group Company (NYSE: PFGC) 3.2% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced a public offering of an aggregate of 9,200,000 shares of its common stock in connection with a forward sale agreement as described below. The underwriters are expected to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,380,000 shares of the Companys common stock.

Ellington Financial Inc. (NYSE: EFC) 2.7% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,200,000 shares of common stock. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 630,000 shares of common stock. UBS Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Securities, and Keefe Bruyette & Woods, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Kornit Digital (NASDAQ: KRNT) 2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $49.07 million.
