Kohl's (KSS) Misses Q3 EPS by 12c, Lowers FY EPS Guidance
Kohl's (NYSE: KSS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.74, $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.4 billion.

GUIDANCE:
Kohl's sees FY2019 EPS of $4.75-$4.95, versus the consensus of $5.19.
- The Company now expects adjusted annual earnings per diluted share to be $4.75 to $4.95, which excludes $0.22 per diluted share related to the extinguishment of debt and impairments, store closing and other costs recognized in the first nine months of 2019, compared to its prior guidance of $5.15 to $5.45.
