Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 13, 2019, to stockholders of record on November 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of November 27, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.

Scott Barbour, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Drainage Systems commented, “Today’s dividend announcement will bring our total cash returned to shareholders to $96.3 million in fiscal 2020. This demonstrates our commitment to returning capital to shareholders, as well as our confidence in the strength of our balance sheet to be able to return this cash without impacting our ability to execute on our organic growth and acquisition priorities.”
