SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Foundation Building Materials, Inc. (“FBM” or the “Company”) (NYSE: FBM), one of the largest specialty distributors wallboard, suspended ceilings, and metal framing in North America, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of distributors in each of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Lakewood, Washington. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

• Joe’s Wallboard Supply Co. of Colorado Springs, Inc. (“Wallboard Supply”) is an independent distributor of drywall and accessories, steel framing, insulation, and tools and fasteners. Wallboard Supply was founded in 1997 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

• The Supply Guy, Inc. (“TSG”) is an independent distributor of tools, fasteners, and other related products. TSG was founded in 1996 in Lakewood, Washington.
