Agenus (NASDAQ: AGEN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.12, $0.41 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.29). Revenue for the quarter came in at $80 million versus the consensus estimate of $9.02 million.

• In the first quarter we recognized revenue of $80 million which includes revenue from our transaction with Gilead and non-cash royalties earned.
