Sempra Energy (SRE) Tops Q1 EPS by 24c, Revenues Miss; Offers FY19 & FY20 EPS Mid-Point Guidance Below Consensus

Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE) reported Q1 EPS of $1.92, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $1.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.14 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Sempra Energy sees FY2019 EPS of $5.70-$6.30, versus the consensus of $6.01.

Sempra Energy sees FY2020 EPS of $6.70-$7.50, versus the consensus of $7.11.
