Bloom Energy Corp. (NYSE: BE) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.22), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.24). Revenue for the quarter came in at $200.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $196.93 million.

KR Sridhar, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Bloom Energy, commented, “We are pleased to have delivered a record Q1 for acceptances. Our strategy to diversify our customer base is delivering results. We secured new customers in tech, utility and life sciences sectors. A 50 kilowatt demonstration of electricity generation on-site from landfill biomethane was a key accomplishment. Deployment of the 80 th Bloom-powered microgrid this quarter underscores an increasing need for power that is reliable and resilient, as well as clean and affordable.”
