Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) upsized stock offering priced at $243. The company is selling 3,086,419 Shares in the offering, up from a prior offering size of 2,723,198 shares.

CEO Mr. Elon Musk has indicated his preliminary interest in purchasing up to 102,880 shares of our common stock for a purchase price of approximately $25.0 million in this offering at the public offering price. Previously, Mr. Musk said he would buy $10.0 million.

The company also boosted its convertible notes Offering to $1.6 billion.
