Pembina Pipeline (NYSE: PBA) declared a monthly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $2.4 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.

The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 24, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 23, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.

"With the continued strength of our business and financial position, we are pleased to announce this increase to our monthly common share dividend. This is the eighth consecutive year of increasing the dividend and we are extremely proud of the value we have been able to return to shareholders, reinforcing our commitment to provide our investors with sustainable cash flow and dividend per share growth", stated Scott Burrows, Pembina's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
