Paylocity Holding (PCTY) Misses Q3 EPS by 8c, Revenues Beat; Offers Q4 & FY19 Revenue Guidance Above Consensus

Paylocity Holding (NASDAQ: PCTY) reported Q3 EPS of $0.51, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $139.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $135.97 million.

“We were pleased with our performance during the third quarter of fiscal 2019, with $139.6 million in total revenue and 25% growth over the third quarter of last fiscal year, which included on boarding a record number of new clients,” said Steve Beauchamp, Chief Executive Officer of Paylocity. “The third quarter is always the busiest time of the year for our operations teams, and I was very pleased with our ability to proactively partner with our clients to manage the wide variety of year end requests.”

GUIDANCE:

Paylocity Holding sees Q4 2019 revenue of $116.7-117.7 million, versus the consensus of $116.26 million.

Paylocity Holding sees FY2019 revenue of $464-465 million, versus the consensus of $459.9 million.
