On Twitter, short seller Jim Chanos said the $2 billion being raised by Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) is 'not enough' and token insider buy from CEO Elon Musk is 'laughable'.

$TSLA $2B is not enough. And Musk’s virtue signaling purchase is laughable relative to recent continued insider selling by Straubel, Gracias, Buss, etc.
