LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Vaché Petrossian has joined the firm as a senior client partner and global account lead. He will focus primarily on the Life Sciences market and is based in Korn Ferry’s Shanghai office.

Mr. Petrossian joins Korn Ferry from Foster Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in life sciences, where he was managing director of the China office. There, he led a team of consultants specializing in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare and biotech.

Prior to that, he worked as practice leader of medical devices & biotech for MRI China Group (now Morgan Phillips), where he established the company’s Healthcare & Life Science business.

Previously, Mr. Petrossian held a leadership position at Codman & Shurtleff, a division of Johnson & Johnson.
