LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Joe Navarre has joined the firm as a senior client partner and global leader for Change Management. He is based in Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Navarre will be responsible for expanding Korn Ferry’s global capabilities in organizational change management, workforce transformation, employee communications and learning & development.

He brings to the firm over twenty-five years of experience working with professional advisory firms, most recently at Cognizant Technology Solutions. There, he was the vice president and global head of the Organization Change Management practice.

Previously, Mr. Navarre worked as a leader accountable for change management, talent management, organization design and HR transformation as the director of People & Change at a global consulting firm.
