Celgene (CELG)/Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) Deal Spread Collapses to 4.1%

The Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY)/Celgene (NASDAQ: CELG) deal spread has collapsed to its lowest level of 4.1% after proxy advisory services ISS and Glass Lewis recommended shareholders vote in favor of the deal. It has been as high a 22.3% and has averaged 13.7% since the deal was announced, according to SI Premium data.
