(b) Departure of Principal Accounting Officer
On March 12, 2019, Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified that its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Gregory Jorgensen, was resigning from his position to pursue another opportunity outside of the Company, effective April 12, 2019.
