Primo Water (PRMW) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c, Revenues Miss; Q1 Revenue Guidance Below Consensus, FY19 Revenue Mid-Point Views Above Consensus
Primo Water (NASDAQ: PRMW) reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $70.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $72.84 million.
- Net sales increased 3.8% to $70.9 million
- Dispenser net sales increased 20.3% to $12.1 million
- Exchange net sales increased 8.9% to $18.3 million
- Net income of $1.7 million, or $0.04 per diluted share
- Adjusted net income of $3.1 million or $0.07 per diluted share
- Adjusted EBITDA of $11.8 million
- Dispenser sell-thru units of 158,000
- U.S. Exchange same-store sales unit growth accelerated to 13.3%

Primo Water sees Q1 2019 revenue of $67.8-70.8 million, versus the consensus of $75.27 million.
Primo Water sees FY2019 revenue of $315-325 million, versus the consensus of $317.74 million.
