GUIDANCE:

Allison Transmission sees FY2019 revenue of $2.58-2.68 billion, versus the consensus of $2.71 billion.

• Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1,000 to $1,060 million, Net Cash Provided by Operating Activities in the range of $710 to $750 million, Adjusted Free Cash Flow in the range of $550 to $600 million and cash income taxes in the range of $100 to $110 million.
