Magna International (NYSE: MGA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.365 per share, or $1.46 annualized. This is a 10.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on March 22, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 8, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
