New Relic (NEWR) Tops Q3 EPS by 7c, Revenues Beat; Raises FY19 EPS/Revenue Outlook Above Consensus; Offers Q4 EPS/Revenue Guidance Above Consensus

New Relic (NYSE: NEWR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.19, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $124 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.11 million.

“Results for the third quarter exceeded our guidance ranges on both the top and bottom lines,” said Lew Cirne, CEO and founder, New Relic. “As enterprises continue to invest in strategic software projects to drive top-line growth, they are increasingly turning to New Relic’s platform for monitoring, managing and operating their digital business.”

New Relic sees Q4 2019 EPS of $0.04-$0.06, versus the consensus of $0.03. New Relic sees Q4 2019 revenue of $126.5-128.8 million, versus the consensus of $126.01 million.

New Relic sees FY2019 EPS of $0.58-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.50. New Relic sees FY2019 revenue of $473.6-475.6 million, versus the consensus of $468.89 million.
