Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ: CODX) 168.5% HIGHER; announced today the sale of $3 million of preferred shares, convertible to common stock at a fixed price of $1.20 per share. The transaction consisted of negotiating the conversion of a $2M note to preferred stock, effectively eliminating the Company’s debt, and an additional sale of $1M of preferred shares for cash.

AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU) 51.5% LOWER; announced today that Roche, the parent company of its collaboration partner, is discontinuing the CREAD 1 and CREAD 2 (BN29552 and BN29553) Phase III studies of the investigational anti-beta-amyloid molecule, crenezumab, in people with prodromal to mild sporadic Alzheimers disease (AD). The decision came after an interim analysis conducted by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC). Alzheimers disease (AD) is a progressive, fatal disease that gradually destroys memory, thinking skills and problem solving, and impairs daily functioning such as the ability to manage ones own activities.

Eyenovia Inc (NASDAQ: EYEN) 50% HIGHER; announced positive results from the MicroStat Phase 3 MIST-1 study. The study examined the safety and efficacy of the Company’s first-in-class, MicroStat fixed-combination formulation, with target markets including the estimated 80 million annual pharmacologic mydriasis market in the United States.

Tupperware Brands (NYSE: TUP) 19.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.33, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $505.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $542.5 million. upperware Brands sees Q1 2019 EPS of $0.90-$0.95, versus the consensus of $0.95. Tupperware Brands sees FY2019 EPS of $4.06-$4.21, versus the consensus of $4.45.

Trevena, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRVN) 15% LOWER; announced that it entered into securities purchase agreements with two healthcare-focused institutional investors, pursuant to which Trevena agreed to sell to the purchasers an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.00 per share,

Microstrategy, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) 10.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, versus $1.21 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $131.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $135.68 million. Microstrategy expects to report a material weakness in its internal control over financial reporting as of December 31, 2018 in its upcoming Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018.

Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) 9.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.91, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter came in at $215.53 million versus the consensus estimate of $224.24 million. Silicon Labs sees Q1 2019 EPS of $0.42-$0.52, versus the consensus of $0.82.

Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) 9.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.59, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.18 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.22 billion. Juniper Networks sees FY2019 EPS of $1.75-$1.85, versus the consensus of $2.04. Mellanox Technologies (NASDAQ: MLNX) 8.1% HIGHER; Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) is preparing to buy Mellanox Technologies (NASDAQ: MLNX), according to Calcalist, and bid as much as $6 billion. At least one other competing bid was submitted for the company.
