Cooper Cos. (COO) Misses Q4 EPS by 9c, Revenues Beat; FY19 EPS Mid-Point Guidance Below Consensus, FY19 Revenue Outlook Above Consensus

Cooper Cos. (NYSE: COO) reported Q4 EPS of $2.87, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $651.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $644.99 million.

Commenting on the results, Albert White, Cooper’s president and chief executive officer said, "This was a year of record revenues, non-GAAP EPS and free cash flow. I am proud of our team for everything we accomplished and believe our growth strategies are working and our momentum remains strong.”

GUIDANCE:

Cooper Cos. sees FY2019 EPS of $11.30-$11.70, versus the consensus of $1.61. Cooper Cos. sees FY2019 revenue of $2.6-2.66 billion, versus the consensus of $2.53 billion.
