Dick's Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.39, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.86 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.88 billion.
Based on an unshifted calendar, consolidated same store sales for the third quarter decreased 6.1%.
GUIDANCE:
Dick's Sporting Goods sees FY2018 EPS of $3.15-$3.25, versus the consensus of $3.14.
- Consolidated same store sales are currently expected to decline 3% to 4% on a 52-week to 52-week comparative basis, compared to a decline of 0.3% in 2017.
